The primary target audience for the Morrigan are young travelers or local individuals and couples. The historic boutique hotel interests these young people through healthy and sustainable design. The prices are affordable for the middle class guest and visitors. As a boutique hotel the Morrigan’s encourages wellness, a focus on socialization, and branding to gather at a home away from home.
