NEXT is a global commercial real estate and project management firm that is looking for a new location in Denver, Colorado. With 15,000 employees world wide NEXT is looking for a space that has an emphasis in technology, allows for collaborations, and involves all generations. The basis for the design of NEXT was based off the concept of water, as it is a natural connection in the world, and Denver itself has two water ways passing through it. The design of NEXT is a fluid space that allows for reconfigurations with ample plugs-in, demountable walls for future expansion, and reinforces the concept of water that is imitated from the city of Denver and the world.
